About Paul
Paul is one of Britain's leading caricaturists with more than 25 years of experience. During this period he has continuously contributed drawings to major publications (Punch, Private Eye, Reader's Digest, Radio Times and the Observer amongst many others). Paul however specialises in on-the-spot caricaturing as a fascinating and unique form of entertainment. He is in great demand at parties, weddings, and all sorts of business functions where he will delights his audience by drawing his charming and incisive caricatures of the guests.
Paul works sitting, standing, or circulating amongst the crowd sketching them rapidly, head and cartoon body.
On average Paul can produce up to 15 drawings per hour.
Whether it’s a special party or a wedding, a corporate function or a promotion, you will want to let your guests have something to remember both you and the occasion. Time permitting, if Paul is able to obtain your name or company logo in time, and any special message that you would like to give, he will prepare your own drawing paper, making each caricature a personalised souvenir of the event. This can be A3 or A4.

Furthermore, Paul has performed at many venues, including: Claridges, The Dorchester, The 02 Dome, The Tate Modern, as well as trade show halls all over Europe, Dubai and America, hotels, restaurants and private homes around the world.

Unfortunately my first choice of caricaturist had an illness in the family and could not fulfil the booking, a choice of replacements was offered in good time for the event. Paul Raymonde was very well presented and was very friendly and personable. All guests commented on how pleasant he was and they all enjoyed the caricatures. He was accurate but not "cruel" in his depictions of the guests.
